A seasoned executive in the insurance industry, Oliver has more than 25 years of industry experience, having held senior leadership roles across various business units within the industry that include underwriting, compliance, risk control, claims and operations.

Oliver’s professional experience include stints served at numerous renowned multinational insurance companies including Talbot, Swiss Re and Allianz.

As Chief Executive Officer, Oliver brings a strong track record of strategic growth, operational excellence, and customer-focused innovation while also being responsible for charting Gammit International’s long-term strategic direction.

Henry Brown

Chief Operations Officer

An accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, Henry joined Gammit International in 2023 and is the overall in-charge for all operational matters at the company. He is responsible for enhancing the company’s overall operational efficiency and effective risk control.

Vince Tay

Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer, Vince leads the company’s technology vision, blockchain strategy, and innovation initiatives. With over 15 years of experience in the insurance and technology sectors, Vince plays a key role in driving customer-centric product development, and data-driven decision-making.

Prior to joining Gammit International, Vince served as the regional IT Manager of a multinational insurer where he oversaw large-scale platform migrations and implemented advanced analytics in risk-control and management.

Sierra Llumba

Director Human Resources

As Director Human Resources, Sierra oversees key HR functions including talent acquisition & development, employee engagement and performance management with a strong focus on building a resilient and future-ready workforce to support Gammit International’s growth.

Sierra’s professional experience include senior HR roles at a number of multinational corporations and was responsible for talent recruitment and workforce planning.

Gammit International is a Seychelles incorporated company that is focused on providing innovative insurance products to the online gaming community in particular blockchain gaming.
